The average individual fills their lungs with 450 litres of air every hour. You wouldn’t drink a single drop of polluted water. Why should air be any different?
Yet every day, people in buildings inhale pollutants that trigger headaches, nausea and allergic symptoms while impeding concentration and learning. In the long term, prolonged exposure increases the risk of heart and respiratory disease. Using advanced air filtration technology, AirHavn Pro reduces the negative impact on health by removing more than 95% of airborne pathogens and pollutants, including Coronavirus, from the room, while surrounding the occupants with a constant flow of clean air. Built for long-term protection against pollution and future pandemics, the AirHavn Pro can be set up in minutes and start working immediately.
AirHavn Pro is the ideal solution for classroom health and safety, especially in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. Each compact device filters more than 95% of airborne viruses and pollutants and pumps clean air non-stop deep into classrooms and other common areas.
By filtering out more than 95% of pollutants and airborne pathogens, AirHavn Pro protects people from the physical effects of infectious disease and pollution while reassuring employees and reducing the stress associated with pandemic conditions.
AirHavn Pro protects patients and front-line staff with each compact unit removing more than 95% of pollutants and airborne pathogens, including Coronavirus, from the air in waiting rooms, wards and other enclosed spaces.
Removes more than 95% of airborne pathogens including Coronavirus, and delivers a constant flow of clean air to protect everyone in the room.
Dual action filter technology removes more than 95% of harmful particle and gas pollution including; PM2.5, PM2), Ozone (O3) and VOCs.
AirHavn Pro uses the advanced power of an Electrostatic Precipitator (ESP) filter. This mechanical system maintains efficiency and high airflow rates unlike traditional fiber filters that become clogged over time.
AirHavn Pro delivers a high Clean Air Delivery Rate (CADR) of 576 m3/hr. This constant flow of healthy air reaches every corner of the room, protecting occupants whether sitting or standing.
Designed for the everyday user, the AirHavn Pro can be set up in minutes and has three low noise fan speeds controlled directly from the device. Mounted on wheels, the unit can be moved to where it is needed the most.
The washable ESP and renewable ENC filters means that there is no need to purchase HEPA filters repeatedly. The ESP filter is easily removed and cleaned, typically just once a year, minimising costs and impact on the environment.
Dual voltage ESP particle filter retains the smallest particles, including viruses. The advanced nanocarbon system absorbs toxic gases such as nitrogen dioxide (NO2), ammonia (NH3), VOCs, and Ozone (O3).

AirHavn Pro requires limited maintenance. The Electrostatic Precipitation Filter (ESP) that captures the particulate matter requires a periodic clean. This will depend on the amount of pollution in the air that is being cleaned. In a typical office or healthcare setting you might expect this to be every 12 months. The procedure for the filter cleaning is provided in the user manual. There are indicators on the control panel of the unit that provide a status of the filter.
The Engineered Nano Carbon (ENC) filter should be replaced at the same time as the ESP is cleaned. New replacement filters can be purchased from AirLabs.
The ESP and ENC filters.
AirHavn Pro is designed and built using quality components and therefore the AirHavn Pro should provide many years of service if the maintenance processes are followed correctly as required. The AirHavn Pro is supported with a comprehensive 2 year warranty. To learn more about our products’ warranties, please visit our Warranty page here.
The performance of the filtering processes to remove both particulate matter and toxic gases have been tested and validated in laboratories. The unit does not currently support any form of reporting.
The unit can be used 24/7 if required but recommended use is when facilities are occupied.
Yes, we provide a tool for estimating the number of units required in any given room size and required number of Air Changes per Hour. To find our more please contact our Sales team.
If the AirHavn Pro is under warranty AirLabs will ensure that your unit is repaired or replaced. To get support with your product, please contact our Support team here. To learn more about our products’ warranties, please visit our Warranty page here.
The EC Declaration of Conformity is provided by the manufacturer and will form part of the user manual although it is likely that we will change the model number for something that is unique to AirHavn Pro.
The following certifications are all used as part of the EC Declaration of Conformity and are not provided separately.
The idea is to provide at least one AirHavn Pro to each of our five sales regions. It will not be possible to provide demo units to the regions. Although they are portable and on wheels they are still heavy (30kg) and difficult to transport to customers.
The current delivery time is estimated to be 5 weeks from order placement depending on the customer location, the shipping method and any import customs time periods.
The ESP filter is not replaced – it just needs a simple wash and the process is detailed in the user manual. The ENC filter is a replacement item. The new price is expected to be about £150 plus postage and tax. We are working on a regeneration service which will result in a much lower price for a filter but we need to confirm the reverse logistics process first as this could become complex and financially tricky especially with internal sales.
There should not be any need for maintenance other than cleaning the ESP filter and replacing the ENC filter when the unit indicates. However our Support team is standing by should you have any questions or issues. To get support with your product, please contact our Support team here.
The unit includes a 2 year warranty. Any faults within the warranty period will be repaired or replaced under warranty.

AirHavn Pro uses the advanced cleaning power of an electrostatic precipitator (ESP) filter. Rather than using a dense mat of fibres which restricts air flow, this filtration system charges the smallest particles and traps them on opposing charged plates. This enables more efficient air flow, supporting a high clean air delivery rate (CADR). The washable ESP filter is easily removed and cleaned typically just once a year.
Standard products will not keep the classroom safe in terms of contaminated air levels and reach within the enclosed space.
The HEPA filtration reduces the clean air delivery rate (CADR), significantly depreciating the standard unit's efficacy. The need to replace the HEPA filter presents another opportunity for standard unit inefficiency.
The cost of sick leave specific for one business was an estimated $480 per employee, and about five days of sick leave per year could be attributed to low ventilation rates. When comparing low ventilation rate areas of the building to higher ventilation rate areas, the relative risk of short-term sick leave was 1.53 times greater in the low ventilation areas.
Good ventilation reduces the concentration of the virus in the air and therefore reduces the risks from airborne transmission. This happens when people breathe in small particles (aerosols) in the air after someone with the virus has occupied an enclosed area.
Ventilation plays a critical role in removing exhaled virus-laden air, thus lowering the overall concentration and therefore any subsequent dose inhaled by the occupants.
Americans, on average, spend approximately 90 percent of their time indoors, where the concentrations of some pollutants are often 2 to 5 times higher than typical outdoor concentrations.
